The Kittitas County Park and Recreation District No. 1 is holding the third and last public meeting regarding the Towns to Teanaway Corridor (TTC) Project. The TTC is an effort to develop a non-motorized trail system that connects Ronald, Roslyn and Cle Elum providing access from each to the Teanaway Community Forest via Cle Elum Ridge, with trailheads and signed routes originating in each community.
The goal for this meeting includes public input and discussion of the draft master plan map that has been developed by JA Brennan (landscape architects). This draft master plan was created based on the results of a 19 month planning process. Two prior public meetings, alternative plan development and review, numerous meetings with stakeholders, public comments and outreach and private landowner engagement have all coalesced to bring us to this point in the planning process.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend – we want input from the community! Your suggestions and concerns are important to us.
When: August 29, 2018 at 6:30pm. Meeting concludes at 9:00pm.
Where: Putnam Centennial Center, 719 East Third Street, Cle Elum, WA, 98922 – main function hall.
